Minimum Nights Stay
A minimum stay of 3 night’s stay is required.
A minimum stay of 5 nights is required from December 15 to January 15.

Children Policy
Children of all ages are welcome at the villa but should be under permanent parental supervision. Parents should note that the villa has several staircases with no children safety gates and no guarded swimming pool.
Children over 16 years of age are considered as adults.
Please note that none of the bedrooms have extra beds for children and the minor would have to take room capacity. 2 Camper cots are available for infants.
Provisional Bookings
Provisional bookings will be held for 10 days from the date of enquiry. Failure to confirm the arrangements will result in the space being automatically released. When another booking is pending against the original provisional booking, Atzaró Cape Town reserve the right to request that the original provisionally held reservation is either confirmed by deposit or released within 48 hours.

Check-out time: 11:00
Earlier check in times, and later check out times are only possible if the villa had a free night before or after. If guests need a guaranteed earlier or late time an additional night’s stay will be needed to be booked before or after.

Reservation & Payment
25% of the total booking value is required to be paid as a commitment fee. This confirms the booking and itinerary. This commitment fee is non-refundable.
The balance of 75% is due 30 days prior to arrival.
If the booking is made less than 30 days prior to travel, 100% payment is due before the booking will be confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking 61 or more days before the date of arrival will result in 25% commitment fee being retained.
Cancellation of a booking between 60 – 46 days before the date of arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total value of the stay.
Cancellation of a booking 45 days or less prior to arrival will incur 100% cancellation fee based on total value of stay.

All reservations and amendments must be confirmed with Atzaró Cape Town in writing by email. Accurate guest information including all special requests, meal requests, chef services, dietary requirements must be received 1 month prior to the guest’s arrival.
All reservations are subject to the Atzaró Cape Town villa cancellation policy. Payment must be made in full 1 month prior to guests’ arrival.
